SJT Micropower - Company Overview

SJT Micropower operates as a fabless design house and is based out of Phoenix, Arizona. Products are designed in house and then fabricated at an outside semiconductor foundry, allowing us to build cutting edge semiconductor products without maintaining and updating a costly fabrication facility.  

Over the last 10 years we have developed a high voltage technology which can be fabricated along SOI CMOS with no changes to the process flow. This technology allows RF performance and is inherently radiation hard.

We are expanding our engineering team which is capable of conceptualizing, designing and testing products as well as the necessary sales and marketing staff to sell and distribute our products once they return from fabrication.

In addition, we are developing an extremely low power CMOS wireless transceiver for the medical implant communications service (MedRadio). The transceiver has been developed as part of a NIH Phase 2 SBIR.
